Shelf life: Our caramels are best enjoyed within 9 months of the manufacturing date. Please refer to the expiration date at the bottom of each box for best enjoyed by date (typically listed in MO/YR format) on the bottom of each box.
Storage- our caramels should be stored in a room temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating the caramels because they might become sticky. Our caramels freeze very well- just make sure to thaw them properly until the texture becomes soft before eating
Shipping: Unlike chocolate, typically our caramels are not damaged by heat. We recommend ground shipping for any orders placed between November- May. During May- September we will ship either via USPS priority (2-3 day delivery) or UPC/FedEx ground will continuously check the weather and if the extreme heat conditions are occurring in your area, we will take necessary precautions to ensure that you caramels reach you safely. Of course expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
